A New Gathering in the Heart of Blowing Rock

Beginning April 1, The Bottle Shop in The Speckled Trout Restaurant will be open every Tuesday and Wednesday from 12 PM to 7 PM, introducing the Bottle Shop Market at The Speckled Trout, a new community-focused experience in downtown Blowing Rock.

This venture brings a fresh rhythm to the week, transforming the space into a laid-back, market-style gathering built around connection, discovery, and local collaboration. At the center of it all is The Trout’s Bottle Shop, showcasing a curated collection of wine and beer available to enjoy on site or take home.

Surrounding that experience, guests can explore rotating pop-ups featuring local food purveyors, area artists, neighboring retailers, and regional breweries and wineries. Each week offers something new, creating an ever-evolving experience that highlights the creativity and craftsmanship of our local community.
