Before potable drinking water was readily available, life was sustained by fermented grains & grapes. We’re here to keep that tradition alive. Our intention is to promote beer & wine producers who take a thoughtful approach to practice & ingredients. Fresh IPAs, clean lagers, complex wild ales, balanced sours, seasonal rosés, high-acid reds, crisp whites & grower bubbly selections are all a part of our highly curated program. Our careful selections rotate based on the season & small batch productions, but always stay true to our intention. Whether it’s a growler of beer, a bottle of pinot noir, a mixed six-pack, or that IPA that was packaged yesterday, we’re sure to have something to keep your palate pleased—even when you’re not dining with us.
